Media
On our BA Media course you’ll examine how media in all forms – spoken and written words, television and music, drawing and animation – creates meaning and how media, across these mediums, can be used to broadcast a wide range of messages for different purposes. Our wide range of modules means you develop analytical and practical skills and with access to our industry-standard resources, you can create work of your own. You’ll have the option to choose modules outside of your degree to match your interests.

Canterbury
Our self-contained Canterbury campus provides a welcoming environment and a close-knit student community. Campus life revolves around six colleges, the Templeman Library, the Gulbenkian arts centre and the Mandela Building (home of Kent Union) – all set among green and tranquil open spaces.

Becket Court
Becket Court accommodation is adjacent to Eliot College and conveniently located near the center of campus. In addition to other great benefits, these rooms come include the Flex Meal Plan.
Darwin College
Darwin College is a delightful self-catered accommodation situated just a little way outside the busy central hub of the Canterbury campus. This tranquil location is perfect for those who prefer a peaceful environment for their studies.
Eliot College
In Eliot College, each corridor houses seven students in standard and large rooms, with two showers, one toilet, and a small kitchenette shared among them.
Keynes Flats
All Keynes College Flats are en-suite with a spacious, modern kitchen, shared between flatmates, which is great for cooking and socialising.
Keynes Houses
The Keynes Houses offer a modern and spacious kitchen that is shared among nine people, providing a great opportunity for cooking and socializing. Additionally, students share a bathroom with only one other person.
Keynes College
If you’re looking for convenience, Keynes College is a great option. All rooms have en-suite facilities and include the Flex Meal Plan.
Park Wood Flats
This self-catered accommodation is located in the Park Wood student village, surrounded by beautiful parkland.
